Terms and Conditions for Membership and Insurance
1. General Overview
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all members of Dynamo School of Gymnastics UK Ltd and Gymtots R OK.
1.2 By enrolling in any program or class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 We also expect all of our parent's and gymnast's to adhere to the codes of conduct which can be accessed on our website.
1.4 All our polices, procedures, and codes of conduct's are reviewed annually and/or when there is changes to legislation when relevant.

2. Class Fees
2.1 All class fees are payable on or before the start of the billing period by the mandatory method of payment. This may differ depending on the type of class and the venue.
2.2 Taster sessions may be paid as a one of payment by agreement

3. Club Membership Fees
3.1 Dynamo Club Membership fees are payable annually on the 1st October or at time of joining. After the initial payment, the renewal date will be the 1st October in subsequent years.
3.2 Membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
3.2A The member choosing to leave the club before the membership period has expired.
3.2B The cancellation of a class.
3.2C The changing time of a class.
3.2D The changing of a venue of a class.
3.3 Under extenuating circumstances, a parent should raise an official refund request to;
4. British Gymnastics Membership/Insurance
4.1 Dynamo School of Gymnastics UK Ltd/Gymtots R OK are an affiliated British Gymnastics Club.
4.2 All gymnasts are required to hold valid insurance provided through British Gymnastics.
4.3 British Gymnastics reserve the right to refund or retain insurance fees and should be contacted directly on

4.4 Insurance must be renewed annually in accordance with British Gymnastics guidelines.
5. Class Change/Closure
5.1 From time to time, it may be necessary to change class times/venue from the current schedule. Dynamo School of Gymnastics UK Ltd will offer alternative and appropriate classes where possible.
5.2 Appropriate notice will be given for any change to class times/venue, and the changes will commence in the next billing period.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 In extenuating circumstances, requests for refunds should be emailed to admin@dynamogymnastics.co.uk where the request will be considered in line with our club policies and procedures.

7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By registering as a member of Dynamo School of Gymnastics UK Ltd or Gymtots R OK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the member or parent/guardian to ensure compliance with all club policies and procedures.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Dynamo School of Gymnastics UK Ltd and Gymtots R OK reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time outside of their annual review. Our current terms and conditions and any updates will be published on our respected websites.
